“First of all, the staff was what made this experience so wonderful. They were all absolutely the best. The catamaran was beautiful, big and comfortable. The snorkeling was beautiful although very crowded but it is a very special place so that was no surprise. We had a great time on the island thanks to the guide’s recommendations to go to the north beach. The beach club was my least favorite part and I could have done without but we still had a great time. I would do this tour again and will recommend it to anyone who will be traveling to Cancun.”

“The whole experience was beautiful and fun. Snorkeling was an amazing opportunity, but at first it did feel a little crowded in the water and we weren’t totally sure what to do. A bit more instruction would’ve helped. Also, make sure to tighten your life vest before jumping in — mine was loose since we were rushing, and it rubbed my arm pretty badly. The downside for us is that the tour guide was a native Spanish speaker and while he spoke in both Spanish and English, the English speakers definitely got the short end of the stick. He would say a whole paragraph in Spanish and then like one sentence in English. This is not a criticism, just a reality, so it was hard to really understand a lot of what he was saying. Otherwise, the bus was very comfortable and our hosts very professional.”
