“This excursion was super fun ! Food was great we were served drinks whenever we asked for them and they were yummy! Only thing is I wish we would have had more time in the water / had a better spot for snorkeling, they anchor quite far out and u just jump off the boat and swim around it, saw plenty of fish but It would have been cool to snorkel along the coast and see rocks and other things, we also only swam for about 35 minutes which didn't feel like enough time for us. Overall it was definitely fun but if you're looking for a more water based…”

Pickup was on time, but the driver wasn't very polite and drove in a way that felt unsafe. The bus was completely full, and seating felt awkward, including one person from a group of 2 sitting next to the driver for 50 minutes (the tour location is actually that far). Once we arrived, we had to wait 30+ minutes for another group, and the location itself wasn't very clean and had construction going on. The ATV ride itself was fun with a couple of photo stops…”

We have done other tours through Viator and had good experiences. We always get reminders. We didn't even get a phone call when they got to the hotel. We were downstairs at that time and could have come right out. I will NEVER use Viator again. I expect a refund!!”
