★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 1,317 reviews · 3 hours (approx.) · from $95Our pick

Review of Cabo’s glass-bottom kayak tour to El Arco, Playa del Amor, and Pelican Rock, with snorkeling, sea lions, transport, tips, and value advice.

“Our guides for this kayak/snorkeling trip were awesome? They picked us up at our hotel and took us straight to the beach. They helped us get our kayaks organized. We had 10 in our group. We just wanted to snorkle so one quide went with us and the other guide went with the other group to see the Arch and pelicans, and the two beaches. We had seen them by water taxi the previous day. I highly recommend this tour and the guides. Both were very knowledgeable about the ocean, the landscape and the wildlife we saw. They are everything they say they are in Viator. Thanks, Denise”

“I admit, I was nervous when I saw the waves on the ocean! I’m solo and have never kayaked or successfully snorkeled. Our tour guides Roberto and Josue were AMAZING!!! I fell way behind on the way to the arch while the three other kayaks eventually disappeared ahead. Josue stayed right beside me and was so kind and reassuring. The photos were the icing on the cake! So many tours you have to pay a ton of money for professional photos. I cannot believe what an amazing deal this is. I want everyone I know to do this adventure! It was so fun! So many fish my while snorkeling and…”

Review of Bacalar’s sunrise paddle or kayak tour, with cenotes, bird sanctuary, floating picnic, practical tips, price, and honest drawbacks.

“First of all: Pelu was an amazing and such a kind guide! You could definitely tell she loves nature and the lagoon specifically given all the information she happily provided us with. Also, the lagoon is beautiful - one the sun came out, you could see its incredible colours. However, we thought the organisation (it seems mostly the communication between Viator and the actual provider) was rather poor. We felt like, had there not been another person who booked straight with the actual provider, our tour would have never happened as they didn’t really know about us coming. Also, the claim here on Viator of a “continental breakfast” is a…”

“We took the morning tour as evenings were booked out . Very good experience except the guys took too way long to explain and we missed out on more time in the dark to see the plankton lights . There were a lot of waiting around for them to take pictures of everyone I strongly suggesting snorkeling in the water before sunrise as you can see your whole body light up while moving around - very cool Overall I’d recommend this tour”

Paddle into Huatulco’s sunrise, enjoy a beach breakfast, snorkel at Playa La Entrega, and explore Pacific coast views with expert guides.

“Ferguson and Heirberto whatsapp us beforehand and confirmed pickup details. Pickup was timely, and we went to kayak first then breakfast and snorkel after. We went during really choppy waters so most everyone got seasick kayaking, so they took us to breakfast at the turn around point. Breakfast was some pastries, fruits they cut right there, coffee and some juice. Snorkeling is done in the bay and you can do it with the life vest for the not great swimmers. Lots of fish and sealife! You can also ask to just stay at the Playa Entrega afterwards and rent snorkel gear from the beach vendors, instead of taking the van…”
