“My wife and I just had the most incredible experience on this excursion, and we owe so much of it to our amazing tour guide, Alejandro. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure we had the trip of a lifetime. Swimming with the sea turtles in Akumal Bay was absolutely breathtaking. Bring shoes you don’t mind getting wet-I brought shoes to change into for the cenote-it was nice to have sneakers for the zip lining and bridge climbing.”

“The groups were too big and too close together when snorkelling looking for turtles. Everyone was kicking everybody in the face. At one point I was left behind with another group because the groups are too goes together. They did come look for me, which was great, but if the groups were smaller, this trip would’ve been much more enjoyable. Our tour guide Eugene was amazing. Very funny. It went out of his way to ensure we all had a great time.”

Our guide Juan was wonderful. He picked us up and drove us to the different locations. He was very knowledgeable and informative. We were 2 families traveling with kids. Juan was attentive to the needs of our group, especially traveling with children in the extremely hot weather. He modified things to address our needs.”
