“We didn't get any reminders or messages about the pick up time. One was sent in January but I checked the app many times and never saw the one they sent with a pick up time. We have done other tours through Viator and had good experiences. We always get reminders. We didn't even get a phone call when they got to the hotel. We were downstairs at that time and could have come right out. I will NEVER use Viator again. I expect a refund!!”
