The tour required us to meet at the Grand Wyndham, but hotel security refused entry because we were not guests. This is an important detail they do NOT warn you about in advance. We immediately contacted the tour organizers. The driver refused to pick us up outside the gate, even though we were clearly visible and attempted to flag them down. They simply drove away. “I wouldn't recommend this tour. It was listed as 2 hours but took over 5, which made us miss another tour we had booked. Pickup was on time, but the driver wasn't very polite and drove in a way that felt unsafe. The bus was completely full, and seating felt awkward, including one person from a group of 2 sitting next to the driver for 50 minutes (the tour location is actually that far). Once we arrived, we had to wait 30+ minutes for another group, and the location itself wasn't very clean and had construction going on. The ATV ride itself was fun with a couple of photo stops…”

The performances were amazing to watch and very entertaining. The cenote, was not for me. My top latch on the life jacket came off when I jumped in and I panicked. I recommend that you all check every one's life jacket for safety issues and defaults.”

Had some wonderful tequila all of this led by a wonderful tour guide. Went to Coco Beach which unfortunately had lots of seaweed or something near the entrance so we were not able to go into ocean. Had a wonderful tasty lunch and were returned to our hotel. Everyone was so incredibly amazing and such an amazing experience!”

We were taken through the lush mountains, small, intimate towns, and to many different view points. It was truly something else. We stopped at natural hot springs, had the option for tequila tasting (but opted out). I will never forget this experience! It was so freeing and our guide was so nice. 100/100 recommend!”

“Armando was an attentive guide. Dirty Monkey is an A+ adventure. A bathroom, free water and an after ride warm aromatherapy wash cloth were provided. It was overall a great experience. However, the photographer was aggressive in his sales pitch, way over priced ($200) and hounded us for tips. No groups bought his video/pictures. He was angry. Mi Abuelo restaurant was beautiful and had good food and drinks but also was very expensive at 17% exchange rate. Pay with credit card. $145 bill shocked us. It was the most expensive meal in PV. Shrimp $25. Three Tacos $15. Alcoholic drinks $14.50. Beautiful environment though. Tequila tasting was informative and great.…”
