“I threw out my back 20 hours before event, so I couldn't possibly go and my husband was taking care of me. I didn't go to hospital or Dr since since I am on vacation and I am use to these medical problems and then some . I contacted viator immediately but since it wasn't 24 hrs in advance and didn't have Dr statement, we old the $360! “Absolutely fantastic day. Very chilled day if you want to get away from the rush of a busy waterpark. I would recommend having breakfast beforehand and getting their early. Breakfast at the park was half 9 so whilst everyone was busy with that we got onto the slide instantly and straight on to the river with barely anyone there. We did the zip bike which is fantastic but gets very hot so recommend that in morning then the lazy river after (as they are quite close) to cool down. 11.CATAMARAN to Isla Mujeres, Snorkel & Beach Club by Xcaret

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 205 reviews · 7 hours 45 minutes (approx.) · from $74

Review of Xcaret’s Cancun catamaran to Isla Mujeres, with snorkeling, beach club, lunch, drinks, costs, timing, and practical tips.

“I chose this snorkelling adventure because we were over 60 and the other ones wouldn't take people over the age of 60. So we were very surprised once on board to find out we couldn't snorkel and that it was a harbour master rule of 60 years of age. When I booked the tour I said in the comments our ages and that we were great swimmers but I think that since everyone has so little English that the comment was passed over. When we checked in though the lady didn't say anything about it when she saw our ID. Other people said the snorkelling wasn't good anyway because of…”

Review of Xel-Há All Inclusive near Cancun, with snorkeling, jungle paths, buffet meals, transport, practical tips, and honest drawbacks.

“Xel ha is absolutely brilliant and will definitely make your holiday. Be prepared to pay for extra activities and also it’s definitely worth paying for the photo package - you will not be disappointed. Plenty of life jackets so even non swimmers can feel confident in the river. Would give 5 out of 5 for Xel ha but due to the confusion created by Viator outsourcing the excursion to two different companies we had two different pick up times, indicating we had to exchanged our ticket in Cancun which was about an hour in the opposite direction of Xel ha. Viator were unable to provide any real confident answers and…”
