“Do NOT book with Viator or Cancun Extreme Adventuring. We were denied a refund despite arriving on time to the designated meeting point. The tour required us to meet at the Grand Wyndham, but hotel security refused entry because we were not guests. This is an important detail they do NOT warn you about in advance.
