Stopped off at someones pets and took away from riding time without communicating. No Communication from the tour guide, not even an introduction! Us being there felt like an inconvenience! Don't waste ur money or ur vacation day!”

“The resort is not ready for group. Shekinah made it seem like they did not want group there. The staff was rude and was not accommodating. There was no towels nor places to lounge. We had to fend for ourselves and take onesie twosie seats. We ordered food and the food never came. They just said they are busy. Juan Jose our tour guide was great but Shekinah was horrible. Def not worth the money spent on excursion.”
